Joe "Bamboo" Wissman has been training jiu jitsu for just over 5 years, and is a purple belt under Rob Kahn. Bamboo competes in jiu jitsu competitions regularly and is currently 3-2 in MMA competition. Bamboo teaches the night classes at Gracie Tampa's new West Chase location, as well as the morning jiu jitsu class at the North location on Fridays.
